He was born in Pangasinan, Philippines on May 3, 1920. Received his degree in Business Administration in Accounting from Jose Rizal College in Manila, Philippines. During World War II, he joined the United States Armed Forces of the Far East. He married in July 29, 1946.
He migrated to the US in 1978 and lived with his family in Portland, Oregon. He worked as a book keeper at Hilton Hotel and retired from American Lungs Association. He was a past president at the Filipino American Association - SE Portland.
He is survived by his wife, Romula, 6 children, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He has been married for 68 years.
