Caroline Antionette Paolo

Caroline (Carrie) Paolo 11/30/1931 – 1/17/2014 Born to Frank & Mary Pulsinelli, Mom lived her growing years in New Jersey. Luckily the family moved to the Portland area when she was a teen, where she met & married her lifetime true love, Michael Paolo. They celebrated their 63rd anniversary in July. Mom was a devoted wife & mother who was frequently teased about her immaculate house. One nephew insisted “you could eat off her garage floor”. She also found the time to help her husband start up their grocery business, Paolo’s Fine Foods. Mom is survived by her loving husband, daughter Mary Lyn Glaser (Bob), daughter Michelle Christensen (Terry) and cherished granddaughter Gina Christensen, along with brothers, sisters and many nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly. We take solace in the fact that Mom is no longer in pain and is in the arms of our Lord and her beloved “Momma”. Interred at Portland Memorial she shares a floor with her sister & brother-in-law Lillian and Robert Schmidt and best friends Ginger & Ron Alfano. May they party in heaven together. At her request there will be no service. A viewing will be held at Wilhelm’s Portland Memorial on Thursday January 23 between noon and 4:00. Service Information
