Fidelma Patricia Crotser

Crotser, Fidelma (Delma) Patricia (nee, Meenan) February 2, 1935 - April 7, 2013 died in Washington County, Oregon at the age of 78 of natural cause. Born in Derry, N. Ireland, beloved daughter of the late Alderman Paddy and Elizabeth (Hutton) Meenan, She became a naturalized citizen of the United States on November 7, 1957. Fidelma was a long time resident of Sherman, NY and Aurora, CO, and residing the past year with daughter Erin of Aloha Oregon. She was an avid gardener, music and arts lover with a vibrant, playful and colorful personality. Delma played many instruments in her youth, the piano being her favorite. Her musical passion won her numerous awards. She was a member of Sweet Adelines for many years. She continued to play piano and sing throughout her life, bringing her and those around her great joy. Delma was a dedicated professional health caregiver to many in private and institutional settings, giving her all to her patients and the people she loved. Beloved mother of Orvis Peter Hadley(Georgia), the late Rose Helene Garrick (David), Patricia Anne Goodrich, Linda Lee Kelly (Owen), Patrick Michael Hadley ( Susan) and Erin Rae McCarty (Kim Vandehey). Grandmother to the Late Rebecca Hadley, Nathan (Leslie) Hadley, Laurie Ochoa, Kelly Goodrich, Brendan (Marisa) Lyon, Erica (Dan) Colon, Jennifer (Ken) Maurer, Scott and Caitlin Hadley, Patrick (Katherine) McCarty, Brett (Courtney) McCarty, Elizabeth Cypert, and Michelle Smith. Great-grandmother of Ian Hadley, Jordan Smith, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Romo, Austin Goodrich, Macey Goodrich, Cameron Norwood, Abigail Ochoa, and Bryce Norwood. MacKenna, Christopher and Kasey Lyon, Ava Colon. Great-Great grandmother of Joseph Williams Jr. Surviving siblings are Helene Calande, (nee Meenan) and Marcella Damwebber (nee Meenan). Fidelma is preceded in death by her parents Paddy and Elizabeth Meenan, daughter Rose and husband David Garrick, granddaughter Rebecca Hadley, brothers and sisters; Sheila, Isabel, Nina, Brendan, John, Paddy, Seamus, Terry, Bridie, Betty, Peter, Mickey and Celine, and her husband, Tom Crotser.
