Frances Rachel Nast Connor

Frances Rachel Nast Connor was born in Portland, December 20, 1919, to Harry & Frances Moss, and passed away peacefully on December 24, 2014. She grew up in Sellwood and graduated from Washington High School. She attended Mississippi College where she received an Associates Degree in music. She married Gordon E. Nast in 1941, and they were married 48 years, living in West Linn, until his death in 1989. Frances married Pat Connor in 1991, where they lived at Rose Villa for 10 years until he passed away in 2001. She spent her life as a homemaker, and in early years was active in many church activities, including directing choirs. She is survived by her son, Gordon D. Nast, and daughter, Marjorie L. Jackson, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her wishes were to have no funeral or memorial service. Frances will be interned at Wilhelm’s Portland Memorial in the crpyt with her brother Jack Moss, who was killed in the war in 1944. Service Information
