Harold Eugene O'neel was born on August 18, 1930 in Nebraska. Harold passed away on February 7, 2013 in Lincoln City, OR. Harold was a veteran of the US Army. Upon his discharge, he worked in the carpentry industry until his retirement. He is survived by his 2 daughters Shayla Potts and Lynea Wells, his 4 grandchildren and his 9 great grandchildren .
