Nancy (Noni) Carroll Rengert Born April 25, 1952 Passed Away September 30, 2014 Noni was born in Brookline, Massachusetts. At the age of ten she and her family moved to Milwaukie, Oregon. She attended Hector Campbell Elementary, Milwaukie Jr. High and Milwaukie High School. Noni enjoyed singing and was a member of the high schools Pony Pipers. Who could forget that Noni was Homecoming Queen her senior year. As a young woman she was a homemaker and mother. During the nineties and until her passing she worked in the offices of Waverly Country Club. She was well loved by the members, her employers, and coworkers. Nonis hobbies included bowling, gardening, cooking, baking, vacationing with her husband Bill, and thrift store shopping with friends. Noni loved the U of O Ducks GO DUCKS. She and her sister Jayne attended many home games with family and friends. She was also a Patriots fan and enjoyed hosting football game parties at her home. Noni was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Nancy Carroll and her husband William (Bill) Rengert. She is survived by her sister Jayne Carroll, brother in law Lee Kell, children Robin Rhode, son in law Kurt Rhode, David Reid Foster, Robert Edward Foster and grandchildren Bradley and Samantha Foster. A celebration of life to honor Noni will be held in her home on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 2 pm. Service Information
