Renee Louise Roser Thompson

Renee Louise Roser Thompson, age 69 of Portland, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017. She was born to the late Alfred Roser and Esther “Rosemary” Werner Roser on November 16, 1948 in Portland. Renee attended Grant High School before attending Portland Community College. She enjoyed drawing, taking long walks, attending exercise classes, and going on leisurely drives. She was a member of First Covenant Church in Portland. Renee is survived by her mother, sisters, Cynthia Papke and Denise (Joseph) Brooks, three children, Michele Thompson, Andrea (James) Wedewer, and Derick Thompson, and grandchildren, Thomas and Annalise. Renee will also be forever remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. A Memorial Service for Renee will be held on Monday, December 18, at 2:00 p.m., at First Covenant Church, 107 NE 45th Avenue, Portland, with Pastor Kent Place presiding. Private interment will be at Wilhelm’s Portland Memorial Mausoleum. Service Information
