Obituary for Richard Lee Palmer Date of Birth June 26, 1931 Date of Death March 21, 2013 Richard (Dick) Palmer was born in Hillsboro in 1931 and lived in Hillsboro most of his life. He graduated from Benson High School in 1949, and served four years in the Navy during the Korean War. He worked as a heavy duty mechanic until he retired. He is survived by his wife, Donna; son, Gary (Debra) Palmer; son, Larry; daughter, Linda (Steve) Little; grandchildren Randy, Michele, Lisa, Chelsea, and Elsa; and great grandchildren Brandon, Grady, Maja, and Cara.
