Rilla Baker Clark

Rilla B. Clark was an independent, strong-willed, holistically beautiful woman who lived to be 95 years old. Rilla resided in her S.E. Portland home since 1938, where she raised her 2 children, Sue Bowden and Sam Clark – the loves of her life. She was determined to remain in her home and with the support of her son, neighbors and her hospice team, she peacefully passed-away in her home the morning of December 14th with her family by her side. Rilla is going to be greatly missed by her son, 2 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, family, friends and neighbors. She was a woman of faith and a loyal parishioner at the Apostolic Faith Church for over 60 years. Her Celebration of Life will be held at Wilhelm’s Portland Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, December 23, 2013 at 1:00pm. The family requests that instead of sending flowers, please donate to The Salvation Army or The Oregon Food Bank in her honor. Although our beloved friend will be greatly missed, her spirit is now dancing joyfully with her Creator. Service Information
