Shirley Ann Cullison

Shirley Ann (nee Jones) Cullison, 89, of Oregon City and LaPine died on September 12, 2018. She was born in Portland and grew up in rural Oregon City. She graduated from Oregon City High School and married her soulmate, Neil Cullison in 1949. They had four children and raised them outside Oregon City on OR213. They bought Neil’s family farm south of Carus and eventually retired from the insurance business and moved to a summer home outside of LaPine in Central Oregon. She was an active Beavercreek Grange member for over 70 years. Survived by all four children, Bob (Cec), Dean (Brooks), Cindy (Scott) Thomas, and Kim (Edward) Schettig, 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Neil, and sisters Margaret Kamrath and Thelma Roberts. A Celebration of Life will be held at St Josef’s Winery at 2PM on Sunday September 30th.
