Virginia "Joyce" Ostrander

"Know to all as Joyce" She was born April 30, 1926 and passed away November 9, 2018 in Forest Grove, Oregon at the age of 92. Joyce was raised in Los Angeles, CA. She worked at Fort MacArthur during WWII, this is where she met her husband George Glenn. They married in 1946 and settled in Costa Mesa, CA until 1959 theb they moved to the Cresent City area in Northern California. Then in 1968 they moved to Milwaukie, OR where they lived until Glenn's passing in 2008. They were married for 62 years. Joyce is survied by her 4 children, Robert, Janice, Sally and Cinda, two brothers Charles and Pat Barnett. 12 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. A Celebration of her life will be held Saturday, November 17 at the American Legion in Milwaukie, Or at 3:30 pm Cemetery serivce will be held at Willamette National Cemetery on Wednesday, November 21st at 12:00 pm.
